2.4 GHz proprietary and ble switching speed

Hi, Nordic.

        Our customer employs nRF51802 in their product.

        They use BLE and 2.4GHz proprietary at the same time. They want to know the switch speed between the two protocol.

        Do you have the accurate date.

Could you give some more information on how the software is implemented ? 
Which BLE stack used ? How does the customer do the 2.4Ghz at the same time with BLE ? Do they use timeslot ?
