structure of nRF52810 GPIO

Hi:

    I want to know structure of nRF52810 GPIO. Also what's different structure bewteen output standard drive and output strength drive. where could I find these information.

If you're using P09 as a switched ground terminal, the current will be limited by 1..4 mA (equals to 800..3300 ohm in series @3.3V) for standard drive and 6..15 mA (220..550 ohm) for high drive. Moreover, as you use it for NTC, temperature stability of this parameter is not guaranteed - accuracy of measurement will be poor. In your case, MOSFET at low side is a must.

I measured P09 with the setup. The range of R24  is bewteen  100k and 100 ohm.So max current is 3mA. I want to know why there is a voltage on P09.
