How to use nrf connect for desktop

Hello Nordic support

I will ask you a question.

I want to simply access a Bluetooth device using a Windows PC and a Bluetooth USB Dongle.

Can I use nRF Connect for Windows(Desktop) in the same way as nRF Connect for android and nRF Connect for iOS?

I connect a Bluetooth USB Dongle to a USB port on my PC

No Devices  avairable is displayed on the Bluetooth Low Energy application.

Hi!

Yes, you can use the Bluetooth Low Energy application available in nRF Connect for Desktop.

Can you try removing the BLE app and re-installing it and see if that helps?
