nrf custom characteristics security permission configure

We are referring "ble-characteristics-a-beginners-tutorial" to create a custom service. 

I want to modify security permission from "

BLE_GAP_CONN_SEC_MODE_SET_OPEN" to JUST Works Pairing and Bonding Mode at least.
