"Zigbee OTA Upgrade Server Example with image transfer over BLE" not work

Hi,
I am testing "Zigbee OTA Upgrade Server Example with image transfer over BLE", https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fsdk_tz_v3.2.0%2Fzigbee_example_ota_server.html

Base on Thread_Zigbee_v4.1.0

To step 8, i used the nRF Connect app, on Android 6.0, but it was not work (with nrfutil was ok).
I navigated to zip file >> but nothing was happen after that, really nothing, on sniffer i didn't to see any package transfer, LED4 on DFU Server not blink.

I tried on few Android device and, nRF Connect Desktop, also not better.

Please give me instructions.

I will need to discuss with our Zigbee experts. Do you get any errors at all? Is there any output from any of the boards?

Until now, I have not encountered any more errors.

* Just 2 warning when build "zigbee_ota_server_pca10056_s140.emProject":

I run with enough: ZC + DFU Server + DFU Client + nRF Connect app. After 15 minutes still nothing change.

Hello again, 

Where are you "sniffing" on the network? The transfer should be visible between the server and the client. Does LED4 blink before or does never blink? If it is lit on the server, it should have received a valid image. 

Can you please activate info level logging to provide more information?

About LED4 on DFU server, it's never blink, alway off, i'm sure that (on DFU Client is too).
About, "sniffing", level logging, i will test more.
And I hope to get something else from Nordic's experts.
