pstorage with s110

I'm having some weird issues with using pstorage and the softdevice s110 8.0 I'm saving around 600 bytes of data using pstorage. All seems to be working on the nrf51 DK development board but when i put it into my board on a nrf51822 i'm getting weird problems with timers not working and the BLE stack going in and out. Am i possibly overwriting something with pstorage, or clearing interrupts or something? any help would be appreciated Thanks

Got it fixed, it was because i had not changed the irom settings for the application to take in account the bootloader. By changing the application irom on the application to not overlap the bootloader fixed the problem.
