nrf52820 will satisfy your requirement. We use the nRF52823 that is quite the same as nrf52820 with different hardware peripheral.

At the moment there is no softdevice with ANT support for nRF52820: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/nRF52820/Download#infotabs

For questions about ANT support for nRF52820 please contact your RSM.

In addition to this, is you need dual-bank DFU you will need more memory resources so it would make more sense to use the nRF52832 instead.

If you in addition want to have a USB peripheral then the only alternative for ANT+ protocol will be nRF52840.

Yes it supports single bank DFU and uart DFU, but you have to make sure the application size is not too big, the nRF52820 only has 256kB of flash available.
