nrf5340 Timeout while checking target RAM, RAMCode did not respond in time.

I wonder if anyone else has seen this issue.  There are a few posts that seem to point to using nrfjprog to restore the board, albeit for nRF52.  But nothing I have tried allows me to program and debug my app on nRF5340DK.

I am using the application processor and even a simple program such as blinky does not seem to run as I get the timeout mentioned above.  I have used different usb cables and the results are still the same.

What JLink version are you running? Try to run nrfjprog -v

Try installing the latest version of the nRF Command Line Tools, and see if the issue still persist: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-Command-Line-Tools/Download
