Hello,
Could please someone suggest to me the 10 POS debugging header(5*2) with 1.27mm with a lesser size footprint?
I need a lesser pad size so I could place it on my PCB efficiently.
Thanks
Regards,
Mahesh

The smallest pad size would be a through hole (not SMD) 5x2 header with 1.27mm pitch. The pitch and number of pins decide the size.
You can consider using a 2x2 sized header, as the SWDIO, SWCLK, Vref and GND are all placed at one side of the 5x2 header, in a square. These 4 pins are enough for programming and debugging the chip. If you use a header which is not a box header, you would be able to fit the 5x2 SWD cable onto it.
Alternatively you use the 3x2 pin SWD tag connect header. The footprint including the attachment holes is probably the same size as the 5x2 footprint, but you could choose to place the holes outside of the PCB, or touching the edges of the PCB. Of course it would be a bit tricky to use.
