QSPI large current

  First of all, thank you very much for your help，Now in my program, I also encountered such a problem，I use NRF_ qspi_ Nor the power consumption of my whole system is about 600 UA. I find that my external flash can't enter DPD. If I use SPI_ Nor setting config at the same time_ SPI_ NOR_ IDLE_ IN_ When DPD = y, the power consumption of my system is reduced by nearly 600ua，I want to ask, if I use QSPI, how can I reduce the power consumption?

Hi, sorry for the late response. Did you find a solution to this? 600 uA indicates that the QSPI is running. You might have to dynamically turn it on and off, before and after the transaction. Use the uninitialize function.

   Thank you for your reply, but how can I cancel the initialization function in zephyr?  Now my understanding is that after power on and initializing QSPI, I directly operate the flash API without involving the underlying driver.

Yes, the Zephyr driver should handle this automatically. Are you able to confirm if the current is consumed by the QSPI peripheral on the nRF91, or if it is the external flash module that is unable to enter DPD?
