Error while running nrf_sniffer_ble.bat --extcap-interfaces

Hi,

I'm trying to make sure that the nRF Sniffer files can be run correctly, following the instructions: "On Windows, type nrf_sniffer_ble.bat --extcap-interfaces".

The problem is that when I'm trying this command, I'm getting "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'serial'".

Can you please help?

Hi,

Did you manage to install the requirements, or are you still facing the issue in your previous case, Issues With Installing the nRF Sniffer capture tool? If you are still having this issue, then that might be the reason why you are getting ModuleNotFoundError. Can you make sure the Python requirements are installed?
