nRF9160 Serial LTE modem #XSLEEP response

Hi,

there should be OK response after #XSLEEP before enter into sleep to notify, that command was received and processed without errors.

Current implementation (NCS v1.6.0)  is without response.

AT command client do not have any confirmation that nRF9160 SLM went into sleep state without response.
