Power Profiler Software stops plotting

Hi,I recently started using a PPK2 board and at first had no trouble setting it up with the Power Profiler Software from the nRF Connect for Windows.

What I realised is that at random periods of time the software stops plotting without any error (not even the data loss one). The graph simply keeps on going with a blank plot.

It might stop after 1 minute, a couple of minutes, or even half an hour.

The plot does not return by its own, nor stopping/starting the acquisition or turning the output power OFF/ON.

It does come back only after ejecting the PPK or when I close the software and open it again.

I am running nRF Power Profiler v3.1.2 on Windows 10 v2004.

Hi, not sure what is wrong here. Does this happen when you set the window size to 10 second, with the live view button switched on? May I ask what type of computer this is? Intel or AMD? AMD has some issues with USB packet loss. Looks like it receives some corrupted data, and is unable to recover. Can you try changing the USB cable, connect the PPK2 directly into the computer if you are using a USB hub, or try another USB port? Thanks
