Is it possible to change the smartbasic firmware? and if I want to return to that firmware how can I doit?, and last one, if I use de nordic SDK with the DVK BL654, does it afect the smartbasic firmware?, and I've read that it is póssible use the Arduino IDE for programing the nrf52840, how can I do taht?

It should be possible to replace the SmartBASIC firmware with a standard Nordic SDK example, but in order to do this you need to completely erase the flash content of the chip and remove all the existing code. 

This means that if you want to go back to the Laird SmartBASIC firmware you need to flash their code back in. I am not sure how this is done, I would recommend you ask Laird about this directly. 

In order to use Arduino with the nRF52840 you would have to get an official Arduino board based on this chip. 

This is not something we provide, but there seems to be some third party options available, such as this one:

Please note that we are not able to support you directly if you use a third party board like this. Then you have to rely on whatever support channels or forums are provided by whoever manufactures the board. 

Depending on what kind of project you are doing it might be safer to start out with a standard Nordic DK, and then later on migrate to a module or some other solution if you want to reduce the size of the design.
