Can the thingy91 work on a third party IOT cloud platform other than nrfCloud?

Hi guys new to the Nordic family of devices, but can the thingy91 provisioned on a third party cloud platform other than the nrfCloud? Also can I use a different sim-card in it than what it comes with?

 Yes, the provisioning is universal and basically any cloud could be used.

Absolutely! Any SIM card can be used as long as it supports LTE-M or NB-IoT, depending on what the network operators provide in your country.
