BLE: HRS service not listed

I tried the "ble_app_hrs_pca10040_s132" example from SDK17.0.2 on an ISP1507-AX and wanted to access the Heart Rate Service to read out Heart Rate and Body Sensor Location Characteristic with an external app but the Heart Rate Service is not available.

I also connected to the  ISP1507-AX with nRF_Connect but the Heart Rate Service which should have the UUID 0x180D did not show up.

Is there any help?

Hello,

Looks like the phone has cached the services from a previous connection with this board. Please try to delete the current bond and perform a new service discovery through the nRF connect app and see if solves the issue.
