Hi,
I am not sure I understood you question. Do you mean you want to make an arduino shield with a nRF52833? In that case you don't need to use every pin on the Arduino.
Thank you for your response.I want to make an arduino compatible pins configuration (I/O interface for Arduino form factor plug-in modules) on nrf52833 QFN40 package (nrf52833_QDAA) Dev Kit
Hi,
If you need the extra GPIOs, the simples would be to switch to a package of the same chip variant with more available GPIOs (aQFN73, WLCSP). Alternatively, you can use a IO expander chip like we do on the Thingy:52, to increase the number of GPIOs available.
Note that external IO expander chip requires additional firmware control and is not as flexible as the internal GPIOs. of the chip.
Best regards,
Jørgen
Thank you for your response.
