nRF5340 reset pulse duration

What is the minimum low pulse required to externally reset the nRF5340?

I see this answer for nRF51 and this answer for nRF52. Can I assume nRF53 will be the same 0.2 μsec?

The recommended minimum as of now is still 1.0μs. I will let you know when I have any update.

After further analyzing this topic, the latest statement from our experts is that 1μs is to be used as the minimum reset delay. 

Does this duration meet the requirements for your application? Please let us know if a shorter delay is required.

We're flexible for our designs. We just wanted to be sure we're not applying too short of a pulse.
