How can I flash the nRF52840-DK(PCA 10056)?

Hello,

Previously, my nRF52840 DK worked perfectly fine through the USB (J2) connector. Then I successfully programmed PCA10059 by Debug OUT(P19) of the nRF52840 DK board.

Now when I connect USB connect to nrf52840-DK board then only LED5 is on constantly and in the device manager of my pc shown as J-LINK(D:) port!!!

Means firmware I can upload, but whenever I upload blinky or any other example it can not work and shown me as you can see in the attached video.

I doubt that there's a flash-related issue? or maybe another?
