nrf2401A forget configuration data

We are designing product based on nrf2401A The problem that we encountered was that the nrf2401A forgeted configuration data, was it possible ? we use our product in highly industrial environment like crane control where lots of contactors are active. is it a handicap of nrf2401A to forget config data?

kind regards

  • @Suleyman: I know, but I need to know how did you tested and confirm it was the nRF2401A lost the configuration data. I assume you tried to read the registers out after you had the issue ?

We are not aware of any anomaly on the NRF2401A related to this issue.

I suspect for some reason the NRF2401A got reset, but the CPU was not, and this explained why it lost the configuration data.

Could you check and make sure the supplied VDD is stable and at minimum 1.9V ? In case you may not have stable VDD, or ESD, etc I would suggest you to have you MCU read the nRF2401A registers periodically to be able to detect the issue and rewrite the configuration data if needed.
