Where is the provisioning configuration data getting stored ?

Where is the provisioning configuration data getting stored ? 

1. EEPROM 

2. Any other non volatile memory 

Is it getting stored in external chip to nrf52833 or inside it only ?

When we design our product do we need to move it to our non volatile memory (either external or virtual eeprom) ?

Sorry for the late response.

Provisioning data is stored through a settings-subsystem. You can choose yourself which backend you want to use, but by default CONFIG_NVS is used which store values in the "storage"-flash partition.
