BLE device not visible

Hello all,

I am using the BLE app UART code. I m trying to connect one plus through BLE connection. but nordic devkit  BLE is not visible.

I am using the default configuration without any changes.

please share any changes is required.

What are these BLE 5.2 and BLE 4 mobile devices? What SDK version are you using? I don't think any phones should be unable to scan for a default version of the ble_app_uart application.

Hi,

We are using nRF SDK17 & softdevice S112

We are testing with the BLE appUART example code without making any changes.

The nordic device is visible in Oppo K1 having BLE 5.0 but not visible in Oneplus Nord 2 with BLE 5.2
