Create_nordic_project.py failed

I can use segger to develop ncs1.5.0 projects, but when I switch to ncs1.6.0, I cannot open all the projects in the directory.

Segger error log:

Creating solution sensor_server.emProject
create_nordic_project.py failed (failed to start)

My tool chain is normal, and I can use west build to compile the project. The only problem is that after switching to ncs1.6.0, nRF Connect Toolchain Version is displayed as NONE(Use SES settings / environment PATH)

Use the batch file in the Toolchain directory.(SEGGER Embedded Studio.cmd)
