We are an educational institution and were hoping to use these in a class integrated with LabVIEW. When we load this up on a faculty desktop and run a simple program, it works fine, but when we try to do it on one of our lab machines, we get "Event callback called without data" when we follow the exact same steps. It's obviously a problem with our lab image, as it works everywhere but on the lab machines, can anyone give me any direction on what might be causing this issue?
I've ruled out firewall rules and services that might not be started. Not sure what else it might be.
