Is it OK not to design the reset circuit of p0.21 pin?

                     1、The customer wants to use p0.21 pin as General purpose I/O，Can the reset circuit of p0.21 pin be removed？

                     2、The customer said that when a new nrf52832 chip is downloaded by SWD on the PCA10040 board for the first time, it download failed when only VDD, GND, swdio and swdclk were connected.If it connects the reset pin at the same time, it can download successfully.As shown in the figure below.Must the reset pin be connected for the first download of the new chip?

1. Yes, P0.21 can be treated as any other GPIO

2. Reset is not needed for programming to this must be caused by something else. Make sure GND detect is connected to ground
