How exactly can I do bulk data transfer over ble to peer device/smart-phone?

Can i not simply update a file in the flash and upload it to the smart phone through the ble?
There is also an object transfer service server example, for sending objects. 

But isn't there any simple example to demonstrate the bulk data transfer from NRF52840 to smartphone for ease of development?

Or, Please guide me about how to exactly go with the implementation of the same.

The object transfer service is great for sending large amounts of data. We also have this ble-image-transfer-demo on Github showing how you can capture and send a large file (like a JPG image) over BLE to a phone. The android app used can be found here.
