I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but if you're looking for BLE support on the nRF9160DK I suggest checking out the LTE Sensor Gateway sample. This sample demonstrates how you can use the nRF52840 on the nRF9160DK as a BLE controller, interfacing with the nRF9160 over LPUART.
