nRF52833 - BLE connection issues.

Hi Nordic team,

I am having issues with the BLE connection on my customer board. I am using nRF52833 chip, sdk 17.0.2 and s140 as soft device.

The issue I am facing is lost of BLE connection between my device and iPhone. This issue is not consistent and happens only sometimes. I am wondering if there is any settings I can change/calibrate to make the BLE connection more robust?

Hi Katie,

Normally disconnects happens when timeouts occurs on some procedures on either end of the connection. It would be very helpful to understand the communication prior to the disconnect. Could you please provide the air sniffer log of the whole communication between these two devices which includes the disconnect we are trying to debug.
