SUPL- client license application assistance needed.

Hello,

I have tried to apply for the SUPL license twice now. I was denied the first time for unspecified reasons and it has been over two hours since I submitted my second application.

Since it seems both attempts have failed, I am contacting Tech Support for assistance as specified in the "SUPL client license application received!" confirmation email.

Hello, 

Have you ensured that you use the same email as you user in DevZone?

Please ensure that you have not "opted out of all communication" in the email subscription settings.

I definitely used the email for my account. I am currently getting emails regarding this chat. I received emails telling me that my application was received and denied.

I logged out and logged back in yesterday as the application suggested.

And applied once more after logging back in?

Yes. I did it a total of three times yesterday. Right after the first attempt, right before the second, and about an hour after the second.
