I want to build a project of Mesh routing(based on nRF-SDK-for -Mesh), could you provide a demo example about Mesh routing?

You can take a look at the Quick demonstartion guide here. This is based on the Light Switch example from our SDK.

Documentation regarding mesh can be found on our infocenter, if your new to mesh I suggest you look through these:
