Building an simplest BLE application using nrf52840 in nrf9160dk.

Hi,

I am having a NRF9160DK board , which i want to use it for an simplest BLE application which sends the data from NRF52840 to my mobile using a simple BLE application.

Sample projects and previous discussion for BLE application all integrates the NRF9160 controller, But i need stand alone application of NRF5280 BLE with NFF916DK, Kindly provide me the steps to build stand alone application of NRF5284 in nfr9160dk.

Hi,

As long as you build for the nrf9160dk_nrf52840, and set the PROG/DEBUG switch to nRF52 when you program the board, that should be possible.

What issues are you seeing?
