The transmission rate of BLE OTA DFU by nrfutil

Hi,

Using nrfutil tool to transfer firmware package on Windows 10 system is much slower than on NRF toolbox on Android phone. How can we improve the transfer rate of nrfutil tool? according to the ticket of https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/29058/nrfutil-dfu-very-slow-compared-to-nrf-connect-dfu, the TimerTool can not use in windows 10
