Is there a SPICE model for the DCDC convertors in the NRF52 ?

We are using the NRF52 as a SoC in a sensitive analog application,

I need to model power supply noise created by the DCDC convertors REG0 and REG1.

Is there a SPICE model for these convertors?

  • I'm sorry, but that's not available. The regulators works in several different modes depending on the current requirement so a SPICE model will quickly become very complicated. The main problem will be the relative high current draw when the radio is operating. Consider  a separate regulator for the nRF52, separate power tracks etc. to isolate the power supply noise that the nRF52 generates. The DCDC converters doesn't contribute much to this.
