Jlink is not working in nrf52833 DK

I have nrf52833 DK and i try flash zephyr project to the device but jlink didn't mount or appear in Windows Device Manger. 
how ever when I press to (BOOT/RESET) button and mount the USB, my PC recognize the bootloader. 

I don't know what happen wrong with jlink.

Please if any one can help me to solve this issue.

Hello Kalbani!

That's odd.

Are you saying that you pressed the (BOOT/RESET) button and then plugged it in, which made your PC recognize it? Or that you holding the button down while powering up the device, entering bootloader mode, which made your PC recognize it? 

And could you run "nrfjprog -i" for me?
