We currently want to use the USB Dongle nRF52840 to monitor a communication between two Bluetooth devicesand we are new to this field.
First we installed the nRF Connect for Desktop Application under Windows. After installing and opening the Bluetooth Low Energy App the nRF Device is selectable.
After selecting the Device in the Bluetooth Low Enery App it start to connect to the nRF Device.
After a few seconds following Error message occurs:
But in the log comes the message that

So it looks like that the connection works but somehow a other thing is missing or not working.
So in the Device Manager in Windows appears a entry for the nRF
What's the problem?
