Slow erase times J-Link SES

Hi,

I've been experiencing some very slow erase times in the erasing / programming stage. Consistently around 10s. I am using SEGGER Embedded Studio, J-Link V7.22, and the nrf53 DK to program a custom nrf52840 board. 

Under J-Link Control Panel I see J-Link: J-Link OB-K22-NordicSemi compiled Apr 29 2021 15:10:52 V1.0, SN=960105569

This hasn't always been the case. Only when the output got larger did the erase times start getting very slow.

If I erase using the option under the Target menu, the erase is very fast. On the order of 100 ms.

What could be causing the slow erase time?

Is there any other information I can give to help find the cause?

Hi,

If it's erasing page-by-page, it might take some time. I'm however not seeing that slow speeds when testing here.

Try doing an erase-all, and see if it improves after that:
