How to save data to one-time programmable (OTP) memory?

We want to store some data that JTAG cannot erase. Are there any examples?

Hi,

There is no OTP memory on the nRF91. In most cases customers will use the UICR registers for persistent data like serial numbers etc, but this can also be erased with a full chip erase.
