Does Nrf52832 have BQB certification?

Does Nrf52832 have BQB certification? Our producter using Nrf52832 needs BQB certification.

Is the nRF52833 a pre-calibrated SoC? or RF test needs to be done explicitly? 

Could anyone please help to share the production tools for this SoC?

The chip is pre-calibrated yes.
