Question to the ASCII encoding of the INFO.VARIANT in FICR

Hi all

According to the PS of the nRF52832, the INFO.VARIANT field in the FICR is ASCII encoded (e.g. 0x41414530 -> AAE0).

Are only capital letters ('A' - 'Z') and numbers ('0' - '9') used? Or is it possible that also other ASCII characters like e.g. small letters ('a' - 'z') are used?

I can see from the ordering information only capital letters are used:
