nRF9160 Thingy:91 doesn't register with network in Poland

Thingy with iBasis or Poland-Orange SIM doesn't register to network.

There is a good GSM signal in my area and few towers in line of sight.

I unpacked Thingy and followed video instructions - firmware updatate, iBasis SIM activation, tracking app download, cetificate generation and update,

Can not register Thingy in nrfCloud since it doestn connect..

CEREG=2 (serarching)

Could it be problem that:

- BTS near me do not support Cat-M1/NbIot ??

- something wrong with modem/antenna ?

- Some billing/security issues ?

Have you any feedback of (un)successfull use of Thingy in Poland

ESM 29 is "User authentication failed"  so SIM card is under suspiction, but......

I have inserted SIM to old Huawei 2G/3G pendrive modem an it registered immediately in 2G/3G network operator 26001.Then I was able to manually select COPS=1,2,"26003" which is the operator visible in Cat-M1 scanning of Thingy91. In both cases it says

    +CREG: 2,5,"E182","2F28"     (registred, roaming)

iBasis SIM does register in Poland 2G/3G Networks but does not register thingy91 in Poland Cat-M1 nework polish operator "26003" (the only operator witch Cat-M1 capability)

Says it is 2G,3G,4G and LTE Cat-M1

When I put this card to 2/3G modem it registers without problems.

Thingy logs say, that operator 26003 is sending Cat-M1 radio signal on 800MHz

I have obtained new SIM from Orange-Poland 26003 and with this SIM

    My thingy91 connects to cloud.

Look like iBasis has 2G and 3G access rights but no Cat-M1 access rights.
