beaconing

Hi There,

When I try to run the beaconing example in two broads, if the two all broadcast, they can receive messages from each other; But if one doesn't broadcast, it cannot receive the message from another. Why does it? I try to set the scan_window and interval_window, but it doesn't work. Can you tell me how to let the broad receive message with the condition of on broadcast?

Could you provide me with more information about your setup:

What SDK and version are you using?

Have you made any modifications to the beaconing example? 

Did you provision the devices before testing?
