Hi, 

Are you using SDK17.0.2?

NRF_LOG_SEVERITY_DEBUG is defined in the log\nrf_log_types.h header file in the nRF5 SDK. Please make sure that it is included in the following path: nRF5_SDK_17.0.2_d674dde\components\libraries\log\nrf_log_types.h
