AT%XSYSTEMMODE=1,0,0,0
AT+CFUN=1 to 

the NFR9160 can register with CMW500, but the connect drop very quickly, and this issue can repeat.

At the same time, connect NRF9160-DK to the CMW 500 for NB test is normal, we have send the below three commands

AT+CFUN=1

the NFR9160 can connect to the CMW500 well, and the performance is normally;

by the way , we use CMW500 to test the other company CATM sample，it can also connect correctly;

Could you flash the at_client, and use nRF connect for desktop, application LTE Link Monitor when connecting? This will also enable network related error codes etc in the initial setup, which can give more information on why its not connecting properly.
