I am currently reading the nRF53 Series product specification from the info center for evaluation purposes. During reading and looking at the application core block diagram (Figure 25, side 102) one question came to my mind:
Does the nRF53 Series has an analog output?
From what I see and read there are onyl digital ones. Of course I could take the PWM output and apply a low pass filter externally, but that seems inconvenient for such a big SoC.
So did I miss something or is there no internal DAC (single-ended or differential) included?
Meanwhile I looked at the product specifications of nRF52 + nRF51 series and made the same observation.
Searching in the forum confirms no DAC at least for nRF52832.
