How do I create a Vendor Model with nRF Mesh App?

Hi, 

I need to send custom messages to models on my devices and I need to use a vendor model like I've seen other people on this forum use. But when I load the nRF Mesh application for Android and I configure and connect to a device, I don't find any user interface button or object that allows me to create a Vendor Model or even send custom messages.

Am I missing something really obvious here? The version of my app is 3.1.6 and I'm usind an Android 7.0.

Hi,

From the nRF Mesh app, there is an interface for sending messages on the model configuration page for the model (from the node, under the correct element, select the model). It should be below "Publish" and "Subscriptions" settings, and is named "Vendor Model Controls" or similar. There you can enter opcode and parameters to send. This should be visible on all vendor models.
