Does the nrf52832's internal flash data change when the voltage is turned on or due to temperature changes?

Hi,

The memory can be considered non-volatile as long as the IC is used within the specified temperature and voltage range. Outside the specifications the IC can be damaged, and the flash thus malfunction.
