nRF52840 on Arduino 33 BLE connect with nRF Connect PC App?

Hi there,

for a customer of mine I have to programm a Arduino 33 BLE but not using Arduino IDE but use the Nordic SDK.

As it is a normal nRF52840 (inside an Nina-B306 Module) I thought i should be able to connect just with the nRF Connect PC-App.

But I get an error that the device is not supported. 

Does Arduino uses their own Bootloader? How can I get rid of that Aduino crap? 

Want to use the nRF52840 without arduino core or something.

The nRFConnect apps require either J-Link or Nordic USB device. You'll be able to connect to the Arduino 33 if you connect it to a programmer like a J-Link programmer or nRF52 DK. with the SWDIO pins or a 10-pin debug header.
