1.For example ,i have provisioned a few ble devices and added to the network  by using an android phone .

Is it possible to do the provisioning with other android mobile phone with this app itself or do anybody with this app can add any ble device to this

2.how do i configure the settings in the same app of another phone so that i can publish messages to any node in the ble network and do turn on/off

Hi,

1. I think you can do provisioning with other android phones as well, but you will have to import the network data from the original phone that did the provisioning.
