I am planning to purchase Power Profiler Kit II (PPK2). I want to ask can I use PPK with other BLE controllers? like Cypress.

Yes, the Power Profiler Kit II can be use to measure power consumption on any external board, as long as the operating current of the DUT is between 200nA and max 1A.
