Raspberry Pi 4 how receive PDU mesh packets thought advertising bearer (nore connect to Proxy Node)

Hi everyone! I'm trying to create gateway from a raspberry pi and I have a question. How can I receive PDU mesh packets without connect to proxy node. I found info, that there is another way - advertising bearer. I my case, the linux have bluez with mesh support (version 5.54). Is the right way, that I must use bluetooth-meshd service (nor bluetooth)? And I not found any example of this one.

Thanks, but this is a documentation of SDK and how work with UART in the zephyr. I need some steps, manual, examples to work with Bluez in linux, and use programming language such as python, java, c, go to process PDU packets from mesh network. I can connect to proxy node of mesh network and receive PDU, but I need Bluetooth 5 features to receive packets without connect to proxy node.
